Vapitaly, Italy’s premier international vaping trade show, returns for its ninth edition with exciting new developments. After a decade of growth and success in Verona, the event is making a strategic move to BolognaFiere, one of Italy’s most prominent exhibition centers, from 10 to 12 May 2025.
A larger venue, a stronger international outlook, and new features make this year’s Vapitaly the most engaging edition yet.

Among the most anticipated new features of the 2025 edition is the opportunity for visitors to purchase products seen at exhibitor stands, thanks to the authorised “inFiera Sigarette Elettroniche” shop located inside the Hall.
Open on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 May, the store will offer e-liquids, flavour concentrates, hardware and devices made available by exhibitors.
This new format is designed to enhance the visitor experience and give companies an additional touchpoint with their audience, even after the visit to the stand.
Scientific and regulatory conferences
Once again, Vapitaly will serve as a platform for dialogue and discussion, hosting two major free-entry events:
- Sunday, 11 May at 11:30 AM – Harm reduction: the state of scientific research in Italy
Speakers will include faculty members from the University of Catania and researchers from Coehar, an internationally recognised centre of excellence for independent vaping research. - Monday, 12 May at 11:00 AM – Regulations and outlook: a discussion with institutions
Key trade associations and representatives of Italy’s Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) will discuss current EU directives and future regulatory outlooks.
